\nAfter Umuganda, the management and staff had a communication meeting on some internal changes among others new company structure, introduction of the new Managing Director and presentation of a staff who have been promoted.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1688545631244{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”]It was also an opportunity to the management to share with staff the current state of the company and the way forward to achieve the objectives foreseen for this year.<\/p>\n
The staff shared some ideas and discussed the way to overcome the obstacles in order lead the company on success and achieve its goals.
