It generally entails the construction of over 215 kilometres of roads in the city. So far, a number of roads have been constructed as part of the project in different parts of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, after encountering challenges, construction works on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtimes.co.rw\/article\/13680\/news\/infrastructure\/cok-to-resume-road-works-targets-mid-year-completion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">some roads had been halted mid-way<\/a>.
